Welcome to HEvolve Foundation. By using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

HEvolve Foundation (Evolving Men's Advocacy for Mental Health) is a non-profit organisation based in Nigeria dedicated to men's mental health. Contact: info@hevolve.org.

2. Not a medical or emergency service

HEvolve Companion and our other programs provide peer support and signposting. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital right away.

3. Using our website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to submit false information, spam our forms, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

4. Donations

• Donations are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Donations are voluntary gifts to support our programs. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@hevolve.org within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
• Recurring (monthly) donations continue until you cancel. To cancel, email us and we will stop future charges.
• We will issue an acknowledgement/receipt to the email you provide.

5. Volunteer & Ambassador applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee a role. We review applications and will contact shortlisted applicants. Information you provide is used only for coordination and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Stories and content

If you submit a story, you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to review it. We will only publish it where you have given explicit consent. You may ask us to remove your published story at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The HEvolve name, logo, and site content are the property of HEvolve Foundation and may not be reproduced without permission, except for sharing links to our pages.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the website and services "as is" and to the fullest extent permitted by law are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
